Payment Policy

Inquiry for a Prosper Loan

We have many convenient payment options available to all of our patients and want to take care of your treatment costs as efficiently as possible. In an effort to keep your costs to a minimum, we have a “non-billing” policy. Payment is expected at the time of services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, and Master Card, Visa, or Discover.

Scheduled Patients are expected to pay:

  • Crown, Bridge, Dentures: 1/2 at start of treatment, 1/2 at permanent insertion.
  • Implants: 1/2 prior to surgery, 1/2 at the time of surgery.
  • Fee for Emergency Services: To be paid in full at the time of the visit. If you have insurance, your insurance company will reimburse you.

Collections Policy

Extended payment plans will be remanded to our Credit /Collections Department.
Past Due Balances over 60 days: 1-1/2 % per month service charge applied
Past Due Balances over 90 days: An additional $25.00 will be added to the past due service charge.
